Job description
We are looking for a Product Owner to shape and deliver improvements to credit processes. On this Neurho mission, you will represent customer and stakeholder needs in a Scrum team, balancing operational improvements, regulatory requirements and technical constraints.
Your role
- Define initiative objectives and turn business ideas into incremental product deliveries.
- Maintain and prioritise the backlog, write features and user stories, and define measurable acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate refinement, sprint planning and reviews with the Scrum Master and development team.
- Work with business, technical, legal, compliance and risk stakeholders to assess requirements and document decisions.
- Track outcomes, identify opportunities for automation and propose improvements based on data and user feedback.
- Support and train users, communicate progress and help evolve team practices.
You have
- English at B2 level.
- French or Dutch at B2 level.
- A master's degree or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- At least five years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with customer journey concepts.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for developers.
- Ability to take part in technical discussions.
- Ability to take technical constraints into account in stakeholder discussions.
- Proven experience leading a team alongside a Scrum Master.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of credit products and processes.
