We're looking for a Junior to turn business needs into prioritised roadmaps and backlogs for data products, reporting and analytics capabilities. The role combines value-based delivery with principles across business and technical stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Define product objectives and roadmaps around business needs and data priorities.
- Capture and refine requirements with stakeholders and data analysts.
- Prioritise backlog items by business value, risk, dependencies and capacity.
- Make functional scope decisions and resolve competing priorities.
- Support sprint planning, reviews and release planning with delivery squads.
- Track delivery against objectives and improve product and delivery processes.
What you bring
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Experience in , , Data Management or Delivery.
- Understanding of data products, principles, and data, reporting, analytics or information management.
- Experience translating business needs into actionable requirements and delivery roadmaps.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders in environments using , SAFe or Agile@Scale.
- Knowledge of , prioritisation techniques and value-based delivery.
- Proficiency in Excel, and .
- at C1 level.
Nice to have
- Experience with , BI platforms, , , , Denodo, Databricks, Fabric or cloud analytics solutions.
- Banking or financial services experience, with knowledge of and regulatory environments.
