The mission
You translate client needs into clear requirements and keep programme delivery aligned with priorities. The work covers software adaptations and developments, from planning and estimates through delivery, quality checks and service improvement.
You coordinate stakeholders, maintain operational documentation and provide regular reporting. You also check that delivered solutions meet client requirements, support continuity and stability, and act as application manager for access activities at an administrative centre.
Your responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and formalise client needs and requirements.
- Coordinate business, IT and supplier stakeholders.
- Plan and track activities, deliverables, milestones, dependencies and deadlines.
- Consolidate workload estimates, costs and resource needs.
- Lead software solution and adaptation delivery against deadlines, quality, compliance and commitments.
- Identify and track risks, issues, dependencies and deviations, coordinating corrective actions.
- Maintain programme governance, reporting and operational documentation.

Essential skills
- Medior-level programme management experience.
- Agile, MSP, Prince 2 and SCRUM.
- BPMN, Dynamics 365, Lean, Modelisation and ULM.
