The senior Project Lead Business connects business stakeholders with development teams, leading requirement gathering and business process mapping with BPMN from current-state analysis through solution implementation. The work spans multiple departments, so decisions need to be assessed beyond one process or directorate. This requires a clear link between business intent, process documentation, and the solution delivered by the development team.
You will take responsibility for the project flow from initial needs through implementation. Your day-to-day scope includes facilitating workshops, documenting as-is and to-be processes, clarifying objectives, coordinating development work, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. You will advise on solution options and explain their effects on scope, quality, timing, budget, and integration. The role keeps the agreed business solution traceable throughout delivery and ensures it can operate within the organisation's environment and methods.
Your responsibilities
- Drive projects from requirement definition to product delivery, keeping scope, quality, deadlines, and budget visible and controlled.
- Map current and future business processes through workshops, producing BPMN models and clear project deliverables.
- Translate business needs into implementation-ready process documentation that development teams can use directly.
- Coordinate development activities and verify that delivered functionality matches the agreed business solution.
- Lead stakeholder communication by organising meetings, reporting progress, and raising issues early with relevant parties.
- Assess proposed solutions across departments and advise on their impact and compatibility with the organisation's environment and methods.

- Bring senior experience in business project leadership and coordinate delivery from requirements through implementation.
- Turn complex business needs into practical process descriptions, solution requirements, and clear project deliverables through structured requirement gathering.
- Model and analyse current-state and future-state processes using BPMN.
- Apply Agile ways of working and contribute in a Product Owner capacity when business priorities need to be clarified.
- Control project planning, dependencies, risks, issues, quality, and delivery reporting through sound Project Management.
- Use TFS to support work tracking, documentation, or collaboration with development teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings through clear stakeholder communication, active listening, and structured reporting.
- Analyse information critically, explain solution impacts, and advise stakeholders with a cross-functional view of the organisation.
