JustCase is a central case management system for Belgium’s judicial domain, bringing together digital workflows used across the judicial order. At junior level, the Project Manager coordinates active workstreams such as NoodWet, NSWB, JustCase Youth and JustCase Labour, applying Agile project delivery practices and using enough technical understanding of .NET, Microsoft Dynamics and pm2 to manage dependencies with ICT teams.
The mission
JustCase remains in active development as several projects progress in parallel, including NoodWet, NSWB, JustCase Youth and JustCase Labour. The programme must keep shared priorities, dependencies and delivery standards coherent across business teams, ICT teams and external partners. Governance combines Agile project delivery with PRINCE2 and PMO practices, giving management and SteerCo a regular view of progress, risks and decisions.
Your day-to-day scope covers one or more projects within the wider JustCase roadmap. You will coordinate planning, resources, budgets, deliverables and dependencies, while ensuring that decisions and changes are recorded and communicated.
