We're looking for a Project Manager to lead regulatory projects across life insurance products, systems and processes. You'll translate changing requirements, including Solvency II, IDD, ESG and AML, into delivery plans across business, compliance and IT.
What you'll do
- Lead projects from scoping to implementation, managing plans, budgets and resources.
- Analyse regulatory impacts and translate rules into practical business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate business, legal, compliance, actuarial and IT stakeholders.
- Adapt life insurance products, processes, customer journeys, disclosures and system configurations.
- Maintain dashboards and risk logs, track regulatory deadlines and report progress.
- Prepare audit and governance documents, including post-implementation reviews and lessons.
What you bring
- Senior-level experience managing end-to-end projects in life insurance or financial services.
- Proven delivery of commercial and distribution projects in life insurance, on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and Belgian/EU regulatory frameworks, including FSMA, NBB, Solvency II and IDD.
- Cross-functional stakeholder management, change leadership and clear communication.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex rules into workable solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- French (B2), English (C1) and Dutch (A2).
Nice to have
- A project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile.
