Lead the migration of a live IWMS into Archibus and shape the facility-management tooling that people rely on — on-site in Melle, Belgium. As Projectleider medior with strong project management and Archibus implementation skills, you'll coordinate planning, stakeholders and migration delivery across a focused 5-person project team.
Role Overview
This role puts you at the centre of a multi-disciplinary delivery: you'll own the setup of Archibus and the migration from the current IWMS (MyMCS), translate requirements into a pragmatic delivery plan, and keep progress visible to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Own the planning, tracking and successful delivery of the Archibus implementation and the migration from MyMCS, keeping scope and milestones tight.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for all project questions, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, vendors and consultants.
- Create and maintain project plans, resource schedules and go-live readiness checklists; report progress and escalate issues with clarity.
- Identify and mitigate risks and blockers early; propose pragmatic solutions to keep the programme on time and within scope.
- Coordinate data migration, testing and cutover activities with functional analysts and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition.
- Produce concise progress reports and handover documentation that support stakeholder decisions and acceptance.
Required Skills
- Proven experience leading IT or IWMS implementation projects with clear ownership of planning, coordination and delivery.
- Hands-on knowledge of Archibus implementations or comparable IWMS platforms; familiarity with MyMCS is a valuable advantage.
- Strong planning and scheduling skills, experienced with project management tools to manage milestones and resources.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to align business users, technical teams and external partners on-site.
- Solid risk management capability with a track record of identifying issues early and driving pragmatic resolutions.
- Effective Dutch and English communication for on-site collaboration in Belgium.
