Projectleider (Senior)

We're looking for a senior project manager to coordinate partner connections to shared digital services and core registers. You'll guide partners through onboarding without taking over technical ownership.

What you'll do

• Coordinate complete onboarding journeys as the main contact for joining partners.
• Engage technical experts at the right stage of each connection.
• Resolve bottlenecks across related projects and technical dependencies.
• Translate technical information into clear guidance for partners.
• Capture lessons from the pilot to improve the coordination role.

What you bring

• Ten years of experience in infrastructure or development projects.
• At least five of those years leading projects with total budgets of €1 million or more.
• Advanced Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), Microsoft Power BI, Confluence and JIRA.
• Project planning, cost control, estimates, risk and issue management.
• Knowledge of project management terminology, roles and processes, including PRINCE2 or PMBOK.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and optimise their connections.
• Experience in relevant technical environments and understanding of component dependencies.
• GDPR knowledge for IT projects involving personal data.
• Knowledge of how local authorities work with associations.
• Dutch, C2.

• ITIL, MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience connecting shared digital services and core registers.
• Digitisation projects involving associations and knowledge of local-authority service providers.
• Functional and technical analysis, functional testing and quality control.
• Financial analysis to select technology solutions against business targets.
• Communication and partner-support training, presentation skills and teamwork across different professional backgrounds.
• Ability to advise on technology trends and strong abstract reasoning.
