A Belgian credit insurance brokerage serving Flemish and Walloon businesses manages protection against commercial non-payment for SME and bespoke client portfolios. As a Junior Sales and Relationship Manager in Credit Insurance, you will take ownership of SME credit insurance policies after structured training, while using Office tools and LLM-based automation to improve market analysis and reporting.
The mission
The brokerage works with standard SME credit insurance policies and customised arrangements, coordinating information from internal stakeholders, insurers and external partners. A specific workstream maps factor clients that hold external policies, compares their current arrangements, and identifies potential improvements. Another workstream focuses on automated reporting for bespoke policies, including coverage, so relationship and policy decisions rely on consistent data.
Your scope combines commercial ownership with analytical and project work. Following internal and external training, you will independently manage and sell SME policies, support bespoke policy projects, and maintain the data reports used for follow-up. You will also help automate market studies through LLM, turning a project-based initiative into repeatable analysis, with occasional administrative follow-up completing the role.
Your responsibilities
- Manage and sell SME credit insurance policies independently after completing the required training, ensuring accurate follow-up from initial contact through ongoing policy management.
- Develop commercial opportunities by reviewing internal and external information on SME and bespoke policies.
- Analyse factor clients with external policies and identify practical opportunities to improve their current arrangements.
- Design and implement automated reporting for bespoke policies, including reporting on coverage and related data.
- Automate market studies through LLM-based workflows to make recurring analysis more efficient and consistent.
- Maintain data reports and complete the administrative follow-up needed for reliable client and policy records.
