A Belgian public transport operator is modernising its ticketing landscape by moving from traditional ticketing models to Account-Based Ticketing (ABT). The programme uses SAP BRIM and SAP S/4HANA, and this senior SAP BRIM ABAP developer role focuses on SAP BRIM ABAP development for ticketing processes. The work combines enterprise SAP development with a large-scale public transport transformation in a Flemish context.
The mission
The strategic ticketing programme is replacing traditional product-based models with account-based services. Within this landscape, SAP S/4HANA and SAP BRIM provide key platforms for implementing and supporting the new processes, while ABAP is the main development technology. The resulting SAP capabilities will support the organisation's future ticketing operations.
As the senior developer, you will analyse requirements, design and deliver SAP BRIM ABAP solutions, and adapt SAP S/4HANA developments to the programme's needs. Your day-to-day scope covers technical design, coding, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation. You will connect individual developments to the wider SAP implementation and work with project stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
