A Flemish public transport organisation in Belgium is modernising its ticketing systems through an Account-Based Ticketing (ABT) transformation. This senior SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing Analyst role focuses on business analysis, process modelling, and SAP Convergent Invoicing as the organisation moves from traditional ticketing models to account-based services.
The mission
The programme is a strategic modernisation of public transport ticketing. It moves from traditional ticketing models to Account-Based Ticketing, where customer accounts and entitlements support the ticketing and billing journey. SAP BRIM and SAP Convergent Invoicing are part of the SAP landscape used to support the commercial and invoicing processes. The work applies SAP Convergent Invoicing for account-based ticketing and requires consistent process decisions across the ERP implementation lifecycle.
As the senior SAP Business Analyst, you will analyse and model current and target processes, then translate requirements into SAP solutions. Your scope covers requirements analysis and requirements management, with a focus on how business needs are reflected in BRIM and Convergent Invoicing. You will connect business stakeholders, process owners, and delivery colleagues by documenting decisions and validating proposed processes. Your output will support the implementation and optimisation of the ticketing and billing model.
Your responsibilities
- Shape target process models for ticketing, billing, and invoicing within ABT, giving project teams an agreed basis for solution design and delivery.
- Translate business requirements into SAP BRIM and SAP Convergent Invoicing solutions that support the target operating model.
- Elicit, analyse, document, and manage requirements throughout the relevant analysis and delivery stages.
- Identify process gaps and define improvements through business process management (BPM), with clear links to business outcomes.
- Validate proposed processes and solution decisions with stakeholders, maintaining alignment throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
Your profile
Essential skills
- Bring at least 5 years of experience as a senior Business Analyst in an SAP environment, with responsibility for analysis and stakeholder alignment.
- Apply experience from SAP BRIM projects, including solid knowledge of SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI).
- Perform process analysis and modelling for ticketing, billing, invoicing, or related commercial processes.
- Manage requirements clearly, from initial business need through validation and implementation.
- Communicate complex process and solution decisions effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Preferred skills
- Bring at least 4 years of experience translating requirements into SAP solutions.
- Apply business process management experience to the development and optimisation of business processes.
- Understand the lifecycle of ERP implementation projects and the governance required at each stage.
