Job description

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors and Legacy Migration Expert to help scope an HR transformation. The project aims to centralise and improve the reliability of HR data across SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors and custom applications. You will help define the implementation roadmap and the transition from legacy applications.

Your role

  • Define the business and IT scope with management and the project team.
  • Develop an implementation roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors modules and finalise the project specifications.
  • Work with the legacy applications team on a high-level migration plan, identifying opportunities and limits.
  • Describe the current and target landscape and reverse-engineer existing custom application functionality.
  • Model and document technical and functional analyses.
  • Facilitate and document meetings with developers, end users and management, and contribute to solution design.
  • Assess the impacts and risks of decommissioning existing applications, including historical data and functionality.

You have

  • At least ten years of experience with SAP.
  • At least ten years of experience with SAP HCM.
  • At least ten years of experience with SAP HR.
  • Dutch or French at C1 level.
  • English at C1 level.

A plus

  • At least ten years of experience as an IT Project Manager, including work in the role within the last year.
  • Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Planning of legacy application migration.
  • Technical and functional analysis.
  • French at C2 level, both spoken and written.
  • Flexibility to travel between sites when needed.
