We're looking for a senior Scrum Master to lead an Agile transformation across non-IT squads as a servant leader, coaching teams and improving processes in a complex corporate environment.
What you'll do
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies across squads.
- Coach teams on Scrum roles, collaboration, ownership and Agile values.
- Guide transformation and strengthen Agile maturity beyond IT.
- Resolve blockers and streamline processes with product owners and stakeholders.
- Lead continuous improvement towards practical, high-impact changes.
- Share knowledge and build collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
What you bring
- At least three years' relevant Scrum Master experience in transformation contexts.
- Experience coaching teams and embedding Agile values and mindset.
- Experience improving processes in complex corporate environments.
- Experience in marketing and communications environments.
- Experience in Agile transformations outside IT.
- Strong analytical, critical and conceptual thinking with a results-focused approach.
- Clear communication and presentation skills; ability to motivate and influence people.
- Organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- French, Dutch and English, all at C1.
Nice to have
- Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Workfront, Wrike, or other agile backlog tools.
