Job description
We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Consultant to shape how AI agents support IT project governance and software delivery. You will define and validate a practical operating model that fits PRINCE2 Agile and covers the software delivery lifecycle, with clear human oversight and controls.
Your role
- Define the target operating model, governance principles, roles and responsibilities for AI agents.
- Determine which activities agents can support and where human decisions, access controls, auditability and escalation are needed.
- Integrate the model into project and portfolio governance, planning, risk, quality and change management.
- Design an AI-enabled delivery flow covering requirements, architecture, development, reviews, testing, documentation and releases.
- Define traceability and integration requirements for the toolchain, including Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders, support pilots or proofs of concept and recommend how to scale the approach.
You have
- Expertise in AI agents, with at least ten years of experience.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure, with at least ten years of experience.
- Expertise in PRINCE2, with at least ten years of experience.
- English at C1 level.
- Dutch or French at C1 level.
A plus
- At least seven years of experience as an AI Engineer.
- Senior-level experience in IT governance.
- Senior-level experience in IT project delivery.
- Senior-level experience in Agile software delivery.
- Practical knowledge of PRINCE2 Agile.
- Knowledge of generative AI.
- Knowledge of agentic workflows.
- Knowledge of human-in-the-loop governance.
- Experience designing operating models.
- Experience designing governance processes.
- Experience defining roles and responsibilities.
- Experience designing controls.
- Experience designing decision gates.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops.
- Strong communication skills with management and technical teams.
- Knowledge of Azure Repos.
- Knowledge of Azure Pipelines.
- Knowledge of Azure Test Plans.
- Knowledge of Architecture Decision Records.
- Knowledge of APIs.
- Knowledge of integration architecture.
- Experience in AI-assisted software engineering, multi-agent orchestration, LLM governance or observability.
