A global banking organisation is strengthening its corporate cash management competence centre, which defines and coordinates payables and receivables services across the group. As a Senior Business Analyst for international payments, you will support the operational resilience workstream for credit transfers, translating business needs across IT, Operations, Legal and Compliance into clear business requirements and delivery decisions.
The mission
The team manages the offer, service and infrastructure behind corporate cash management, with a focus on payment processing chains rather than card-based payments. The current initiative addresses operational resilience for credit transfer services across an international payments ecosystem, requiring alignment of product priorities, governance, risks and delivery plans. This work supports a banking activity where continuity, regulatory readiness and reliable payment execution are central to the service provided to corporate customers.
Working with the Product Manager, you will own several initiatives while contributing to the broader roadmap and committee preparation. Your scope includes documenting the business vision and needs, preparing cross-entity documentation summaries, clarifying requirements, and connecting stakeholders from business, IT, Operations, Legal and Compliance. You will also follow risks, quality, issues, KPIs and financial inputs so decisions can be made with a consistent view of progress and impact.

- Prepare roadmap inputs, workstream documentation, KPIs and financial materials for governance and senior management committees.
