Job description

We are looking for a Senior Change Manager to support the human side of digital transformation. Several reform programmes are underway or being prepared. You will develop and implement change strategies that help people understand and adopt new ways of working.

Your role

  • Define and implement change strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identify affected stakeholders, assess their needs and prepare communication and engagement plans.
  • Advise executive sponsors and coach team managers through their teams' transitions.
  • Organise training to prepare people for upcoming changes.
  • Work with programme and project managers and team leaders to assess impacts, anticipate challenges and plan mitigations.
  • Monitor progress, address resistance and adapt the approach based on results and stakeholder feedback.

You have

  • At least ten years of demonstrated experience with PROSCI/ADKAR or an equivalent change management methodology, used within the last three years.
  • At least ten years of experience supporting digital transformation in a public organisation, including at least one initiative covering change strategy and deployment, with experience within the last three years.
  • At least ten years of demonstrated experience advising on or supporting transformation in large organisations, combining change management and operational performance improvement, with experience within the last three years.
  • At least ten years of transformation support experience, including work in at least three Belgian public entities, one with at least 500 employees, with experience within the last three years.
  • At least five years of project management experience, with experience within the last three years.
  • At least five years of programme management experience, with experience within the last three years.
  • At least ten years of coaching practice under regular professional supervision, with experience within the last three years.
  • French at C2 level.
  • Dutch at A2 level.
  • English at B2 level.

A plus

  • A change management certification.
  • A professional coaching certification issued by a recognised organisation.
  • Certifying training in the systemic approach.
