We're looking for a senior consultant to expand and improve a data catalogue and business glossary using and Purview. You'll work between business and IT, helping make data easier to find and govern.
What you'll do
- Implement and improve the data catalogue.
- Translate business needs into structured solutions.
- Shape governance workflows, roles and responsibilities.
- Integrate data sources and metadata to improve data discovery.
- Develop the business glossary with clear business definitions.
- Guide users in applying the data catalogue correctly.
What you bring
- At least five years of experience in and/or .
- Five years of experience with relevant or comparable technologies.
- Demonstrable experience with and Purview.
- Experience implementing and managing a data catalogue, including metadata and data assets.
- Experience with governance processes, data stewardship and collaboration with data owners and business stakeholders.
- Metadata management and translating business information into structured data and governance solutions.
- 's or in a technical or engineering field, or equivalent ICT experience.
