Job description
We are looking for a Senior Data Warehouse Developer to plan, design and build a data warehouse application. The mission brings together data integration, reporting and analysis, databases and metadata in an Agile development environment.
Your role
- Plan, design and build the data warehouse application, using tools such as Cognos or DataStage.
- Develop data integration components and support reporting and analysis.
- Build database and metadata components.
- Contribute to Agile development and take a leading role where appropriate.
You have
- At least five years of experience in data warehouse modelling.
- Demonstrable experience comparing modern AI techniques with established optimisation and operations research methods.
- Demonstrable experience strategically leading AI initiatives and teams of consultants and engineers in a government context.
- At least eight years of experience translating policy and business questions into a concrete AI solution approach.
- Demonstrable experience of project-based work and data warehouse modelling, or demonstrable training in data warehouse modelling.
- Demonstrable experience providing strategic advice on AI applications, from current-state analysis to a phased roadmap.
- Demonstrable experience planning, designing and building a data warehouse application with tools such as Cognos or DataStage.
- Dutch at C2 level.

- Knowledge and experience of data warehousing concepts, processes and architectures.
- Experience building data integration components with ETL.
- Experience building BI reporting and analysis components.
- Experience building databases for data warehouses.
- Experience building metadata components for data warehouses.
- Knowledge and experience of Agile development, with the ability to take a leading role.
