Job description

We are looking for a Senior Data Warehouse Developer to help design and build data warehouse and AI platform solutions. The mission combines data modelling and integration with the development of data pipelines and the move of AI models into production.

Your role

  • Design the architectural blueprint for a data and AI platform.
  • Plan, design and build data warehouse applications and components for integration, reporting, analysis and metadata.
  • Build data and AI pipelines and use cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Help industrialise AI models from proof of concept to production using MLOps practices.
  • Work in an Agile development environment and take a leading role where appropriate.

You have

  • At least five years of experience in data warehouse modelling.
  • Experience designing an architectural blueprint for a data and AI platform.
  • Experience delivering data and AI solutions in a government context.
  • Experience of project-based work or training in data warehouse modelling.
  • Knowledge and experience of cloud platforms, such as AWS.
  • Knowledge and experience of Infrastructure as Code, using tools such as Terraform or CDK.
  • At least six years of experience building data and AI pipelines, using tools such as Python, PySpark or Airflow.
  • Experience planning, designing and building a data warehouse application using tools such as Cognos or DataStage.
  • At least eight years of experience in MLOps.
  • At least eight years of experience industrialising AI models from proof of concept to production.
  • Dutch at C2 level.

A plus

  • Knowledge and experience of data warehousing concepts, processes and architectures.
  • Experience building ETL data integration components.
  • Experience building reporting and analysis components for business intelligence.
  • Experience building databases for a data warehouse.
  • Experience building metadata components for a data warehouse.
  • Experience of Agile development, including the ability to take a leading role.
