A Belgian financial institution is continuing to develop and optimise the digital channels used by corporate customers and employees. This Senior Digital Business Analyst role in financial services sits in a cluster covering customer and employee journeys for professional loans from credit acquisition through transactions and reporting. You will combine requirements analysis, product discovery and data analysis to shape digital solutions and support delivery.
The mission
The cluster covers professional loans across an enterprise banking landscape, connecting acquisition, transactional and reporting journeys. The work sits within the Belgian financial services sector and includes process mapping, opportunity assessment, concept validation and translation of agreed outcomes into business specifications for IT. Initiatives are evaluated against customer value, business objectives, cost and implementation constraints. BPMN, Excel and Business Objects support clear process models and evidence-based decisions.
As a senior Digital Business Analyst, you will own discovery and analysis for initiatives within your scope, from stakeholder mapping and OKR definition to MVP definition, business cases and decision material. You will facilitate workshops, apply Customer Journey Mapping and User Story slicing, and keep channel, product, marketing, process and technology stakeholders aligned. During delivery, you will clarify requirements, support testing, coordinate incident closure with Functional Analysts and developers, and prepare change materials. Your work links strategic choices to iterative Agile Scrum delivery.
