We're looking for a Senior Functional Analyst CRM D365 to turn user needs into functional solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. This senior role focuses on process modelling, configuration and using standard features over custom development.
What you'll do
- Lead workshops to gather, clarify and prioritise business needs.
- Analyse current processes and model target processes in BPMN.
- Translate requirements into functional solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Configure Dynamics 365 and Dataverse to support agreed requirements.
- Work with product owners, solution architects, developers and testers in Scrum or hybrid delivery.
- Support solution quality and user adoption.
What you bring
- Senior experience as a CRM functional analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps model-driven apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
- Expertise configuring Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
- BPMN and data modelling skills.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection.
- Experience with Scrum and Azure DevOps.
- Native French and English at B2 level.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Power Pages portals.
Good to know
- Project work is conducted exclusively in French.
