We're looking for a senior to turn business needs into buildable specifications for a platform migration and new custom functionality. The work connects ERP-style processes, accounting, SEPA payments and data migration.
What you'll do
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications.
- Map as-is and to-be processes to identify bottlenecks and dependencies.
- Align functional priorities with developers, suppliers, product owners and testers.
- Prepare and execute with testers and key users.
- Validate migrated data and financial calculations against reference files.
- Maintain functional documentation and structured release notes.
What you bring
- At least seven years' experience as a in complex or regulated environments.
- Strong , process analysis and understanding of financial flows.
- Experience with ERP-style platforms, data migrations and functional integrations.
- Business rules, data mapping, interface/API specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with or comparable ticketing and platforms.
- Experience using for analysis and critically assessing their output.
- Clear communication and the ability to work independently within multidisciplinary teams.
