We're looking for a senior IAM / IGA operations engineer to maintain Keycloak and MidPoint in a critical production environment. You'll focus on stability, security and performance, working with infrastructure, development and security specialists.
What you'll do
- Monitor platform health, alerts, and application and infrastructure logs.
- Resolve authentication, authorisation and provisioning incidents, restoring services when needed.
- Run upgrades and migrations, validating installations and configurations across environments.
- Maintain application integrations and joiner, mover and leaver provisioning flows.
- Automate installation, configuration and provisioning tasks.
- Maintain technical documentation for configurations, processes and incidents.
What you bring
- Operational experience with IAM and/or IGA platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Keycloak and/or MidPoint.
- In-depth knowledge of , and SAML.
- experience and database experience with and .
- , root cause analysis and escalation across system boundaries.
- Experience with platform upgrades, migrations, integrations and provisioning.
- Secure IAM configuration, including authentication flows, roles, policies and provisioning rules.
- TLS and IdP certificate management.
- Strong analytical skills, ownership and independent decision-making.
- Clear technical communication, knowledge sharing and coaching of less experienced engineers.
