We're looking for a senior consultant to turn requirements into practical security policies and controls. You'll support ISMS implementation and prepare evidence for audits, inspections and regulatory oversight.
What you'll do
- Develop and align policies with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Implement technical and organisational measures to meet obligations.
- Support the implementation and rollout of an ISMS.
- Prepare compliance evidence for audits, inspections and regulatory reviews.
- Guide audit preparation, support reviews and follow up findings.
- Track delivery progress and report to relevant stakeholders.
What you bring
- At least 10 years in complex enterprise IT environments.
- At least five years in operational or organisational .
- Proven experience implementing and rolling out an ISMS.
- Thorough knowledge of , its Belgian transposition, and related security frameworks.
- Practical understanding of technical and organisational security measures.
- experience, including and Prince2.
- Experience managing stakeholders, tracking progress and reporting.
- Experience preparing, supporting and following up audits, inspections and control procedures.
- Ability to document compliance for auditors and supervisory authorities.
- Ability to balance cybersecurity risks with operational objectives.
- Ability to translate security principles into workable measures.
- Independent working, leadership and clear, persuasive communication across diverse stakeholders.
