Job description
We are looking for a Senior Program Test Lead to coordinate end-to-end testing across a complex transformation covering distribution, gaming, digital services, payments and operations. You will turn the quality strategy into an integrated, risk-based test approach across multiple workstreams and suppliers. Working closely with the Quality Assurance Manager, you will provide the evidence needed to assess release readiness and make informed Go/No-Go decisions.
Your role
- Develop the overall programme test plan with the Quality Assurance Manager and translate it into coordinated operational plans.
- Coordinate system testing, SIT, end-to-end testing, UAT, regression and non-functional testing across business teams, IT teams and suppliers.
- Maintain an integrated schedule covering campaigns, dependencies, environments, test data and resources. Anticipate capacity conflicts and cross-domain impacts, and propose trade-offs.
- Prioritise testing according to business, operational, technical and regulatory risks. Maintain traceability between requirements, risks, scenarios, results, defects and evidence, and identify gaps in coverage.
- Align test methods, common criteria and operational indicators across workstreams. Consolidate progress, results, defects, risks and supporting evidence.
- Challenge supplier test plans, results and conclusions. Assess whether the evidence demonstrates the expected quality, document gaps and residual risks, and report them to the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Lead cross-team defect triage, align severity and priority classifications, coordinate correction and retest priorities, and escalate critical risks and decisions outside your mandate.
- Plan and coordinate validation of data and system migrations, dry runs and cut-over scenarios, including data reconciliation, recovery mechanisms and entry and exit criteria.
- Assess release readiness from consolidated indicators, coverage, open defects and residual risks. Prepare Go/No-Go recommendations with the Quality Assurance Manager and follow up conditions, waivers and actions.
- Present clear, decision-focused quality reporting to programme governance. Work closely with the Program Manager, workstream leads, Business Owners, UAT leads, architecture, integration and operations teams.
You have
