Job description
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Digital Payments to lead the modernisation of a payment ecosystem supporting digital sales, EMV payments and future account-based ticketing services. On this Neurho mission, you will lead the renewal of acquiring and PSP services alongside a PCI-DSS certification initiative, working with an agile team and stakeholders across business and technology.
Your role
- Analyse the current payment setup and contracts, consolidate requirements and define the target acquiring and PSP strategy.
- Prepare decision papers and procurement documents, and lead the award process, technical deployment and operational implementation.
- Coordinate purchasing, finance, legal, security and architecture stakeholders, and assess impacts on sales and payment systems.
- Lead the definition of target payment flows and coordinate the transition, integration, testing and production launch.
- Manage budgets, schedules, risks and dependencies. Run project and steering committees and report on progress.
- Lead PCI-DSS compliance and certification activities, follow up remediation and establish an approach for future annual certifications.

- Intermediate demand management skills, used in the past three years.
- Advanced knowledge of payments, acquiring and PSP services, used in the past three years.
- Advanced PCI-DSS payment compliance skills, used in the past three years.
- Expert project management skills, used in the past year.
- Advanced drafting and follow-up of public-sector specifications, practised in the past three years.
- Advanced risk management skills, used in the past year.
- Advanced dependency management skills, used in the past year.
- Advanced supplier relationship management skills, used in the past three years.
- Intermediate test management skills.
- English at C1 level.
- Dutch or French at C2 level.
A plus
- Expert analytical and synthesis skills, used in the past year.
- Advanced communication skills, used in the past year.
- At least seven years of experience in complex project management.
- At least three years of experience in payments, such as PSP services, acquiring or card payments.
- Experience leading PCI-DSS compliance projects or comparable payment compliance initiatives.
- Experience with public procurement.
- Experience in environments with significant regulatory constraints.
- Experience in environments with significant security constraints.
- Strong knowledge of payment schemes.
- Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation in payments.
- Experience leading large-scale tenders.
