Job description
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the governance and delivery of an HR transformation initiative. You will coordinate decision-making, resources and reporting while helping the team manage change and improve processes.
Your role
- Set up and manage project governance, and lead project boards and steering committees.
- Monitor progress and performance, report on the project, and manage risks and issues.
- Plan capacity and resources, manage the budget and keep track of timelines.
- Support process improvement and follow up on project documentation and change control.
You have
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in human resources.
- At least eight years of relevant experience.
- A master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Dutch at C1 level, written and spoken.
- French at C1 level, written and spoken.
- English at C1 level, written and spoken.
