Job description

We are looking for a Senior SAP Technical and Functional Consultant to develop SAP solutions and support a document management migration from Documentum to OpenText. Your work will keep migrated documents accessible from SAP while supporting developments for work clearance management, social security exchanges and maintenance orders.

Your role

  • Analyse business needs with key users and prepare functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and develop ABAP OO solutions, forms and SAP Business Workflow processes.
  • Develop and maintain SAP interfaces and applications for maintenance and orders.
  • Map existing Documentum integrations and replace them with SAP–OpenText connections, preserving links to migrated documents.
  • Coordinate with the project manager, business teams, OpenText specialists and IT teams to prepare the cutover.
  • Adapt authorisations and favour standard functionality in preparation for SAP S/4HANA.
  • Prepare regression and acceptance tests, document the solution and transfer knowledge to the run team.

You have

  • At least ten years of experience with SAP–Documentum integration.
  • At least ten years of experience with SAP–OpenText integration, including archiving, document access and Extended ECM.
  • At least ten years of experience with document management migration to OpenText, including the transfer of SAP links.
  • At least ten years of experience with SAP ABAP.
  • At least ten years of experience with ABAP OO.
  • At least ten years of experience with SAP ArchiveLink.
  • At least ten years of experience with SAP GOS.
  • At least ten years of experience in SAP integration.
  • Dutch or French at C2 level.

A plus

  • English at C1 level.
  • At least ten years of experience in SAP development.
  • Experience in SAP technical and functional consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Business Workflow.
  • Experience migrating from Documentum.
  • Proven experience with SAP RFC interfaces.
  • Proven experience with SAP BAPI interfaces.
  • Proven experience with SAP IDoc interfaces.
  • Proven experience with web services in SAP interfaces.
  • Good functional knowledge of SAP MM, SAP FI or SAP PM.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • A thorough approach to work.
  • Good communication with business teams.
  • An SAP ABAP certification.
  • Knowledge of Documentum Archive Services or Content Services for SAP.
  • Knowledge of ONSS exchanges, including DmfA and Dimona, or SAP HR.
  • Experience in public transport.
