Job description

We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead / Solution Architect to lead cross-functional architecture work and guide the evolution of a Java application landscape. In this Neurho mission, you will connect business priorities, operational needs and technology decisions. You will shape reference architectures, help development teams build their capabilities and establish a clear approach to service reliability and technical debt.

Your role

  • Provide technical leadership to the cross-functional architecture team and coach development teams.
  • Define reference architectures and guide their evolution over time.
  • Establish SLI, SLO and SLA, together with the implementation and monitoring strategies needed to support them.
  • Follow strategic projects and guide their architectural decisions.
  • Help business stakeholders specify their needs and translate them into architectural choices.
  • Define and implement technology changes, including a strategy for managing technical debt.
  • Guide the implementation of security and information management regulations.
  • Keep architectural decisions aligned with operational needs and work closely with infrastructure teams and external partners.
  • Gather requirements and evaluate products as part of procurement procedures.
  • Develop and make available internal training modules.

You have

  • At least fifteen years of experience in Java development and its ecosystem.
  • At least ten years of experience as an Application Architect.
  • At least ten years of proven experience as a Team Lead.
  • At least ten years of experience with Agile methods.
  • At least ten years of experience with Angular.
  • At least ten years of experience with C4 modelling.
  • At least ten years of experience with ArchiMate modelling.
  • At least ten years of experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • At least ten years of experience in individual and team coaching.
  • At least ten years of experience with Cypress.
  • At least ten years of experience with domain-driven design (DDD).
  • At least ten years of experience with Docker.
  • At least ten years of experience with Kubernetes.
  • At least ten years of experience with Hibernate.
  • At least ten years of proven technical leadership experience.
  • At least ten years of experience in team management.
  • At least ten years of experience with Maven.
  • At least ten years of experience with Gradle.
  • At least ten years of experience with OAuth2.
  • At least ten years of experience with OpenID Connect (OIDC).
  • At least ten years of experience with OpenAPI.
  • At least ten years of experience with AsyncAPI.
  • At least ten years of experience with OpenTelemetry.
  • At least ten years of experience with RabbitMQ.
  • At least ten years of experience with Spring Boot.
  • At least ten years of experience with test-driven development (TDD).
  • At least ten years of experience with TypeScript.
  • A bachelor's degree in computing.
  • Training as a Scrum Master or in IT project management.
  • Recent successful experience implementing a backend migration architecture towards a modern Spring stack.
  • Recent successful experience managing the full project lifecycle.
  • French at C1 level.
  • English at C1 level.

A plus

  • Knowledge of the specific features of social security.
  • Knowledge of responsibilities in unemployment insurance administration.
  • At least one year of successful experience within a social security institution.
  • Requirements analysis skills.
  • The ability to look beyond established approaches when solving problems.
  • A strong interest in operational and business matters as well as technology.
