A federal public service is modernising applications that collect data from enterprises and citizens for national statistics. This medior full-stack developer role combines Angular 17+ and Spring Boot with the modernisation of an ageing application estate.
The mission
The work covers the stages of statistical data collection and sample management. Existing applications and processes use Java EE, JSF, Access and manual steps, creating technical and security constraints.
You will support existing development teams according to their needs and planning. Your scope may include rewriting existing functionality and developing new features across several business applications.
Your responsibilities
- Develop new application features with Angular 17+ and Spring Boot.
- Modernise or rewrite functionality from older applications and processes.
- Build and integrate REST services using Java and Spring.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL and .NET where required.
- Collaborate closely with existing development teams.
Your profile
Essential skills
- At least five years of experience with Angular 9 or later.
- At least five years of experience with Spring, including Spring Boot.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, SQL and .NET.
