We're looking for a Strategic Governance & Business-IT Alignment Manager to turn ICT audit recommendations into measurable improvements and strengthen financial and supplier governance. You’ll also help shape a service-based ICT model and a clearer working relationship between Business and ICT.
What you'll do
- Track audit recommendations, owners, milestones and decisions, and report progress.
- Improve ICT budget oversight, outsourcing controls and supplier performance, including escalations.
- Bridge Business and ICT, clarifying priorities, expectations, services and progress.
- Develop service ownership, service agreements and practical governance arrangements.
- Advise senior stakeholders on ICT strategy, sourcing, prioritisation and service management.
- Coordinate with Internal Audit, CISO and DPO while respecting their independent roles.
What you bring
- Senior experience in ICT governance, Business-IT alignment, ICT service management, ICT control or a comparable governance role.
- Proven experience delivering audit or improvement programmes in complex environments.
- Experience with ICT financial oversight, budget tracking, outsourcing and supplier management.
- Experience designing governance forums, reporting models, roles and decision processes.
- Knowledge of COBIT and/or ITIL, plus project, programme and portfolio management (PPM).
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, coaching and facilitation skills.
- French (native), Dutch (native) and English (B2).
Nice to have
- Experience in public, regulated or highly controlled environments.
