We're looking for a senior Supplier Contract Specialist to translate service management needs into clear supplier agreements and align contract governance with SIAM operations.
What you'll do
- Track supplier contracts and monitor service commitments.
- Translate service needs into operational contract follow-up.
- Apply standard clauses to new or amended contracts.
- Flag contractual risks and gaps affecting service delivery.
- Prepare supplier reviews and record findings and recommendations.
What you bring
- Expert supplier management and contract follow-up, including 10 years translating service agreements into clear supplier commitments.
- Five years of stakeholder and supplier management within a SIAM context.
- Five years using service management clauses and standards.
- Confirmed SLA/KPI governance, SIAM, operational vendor governance and contract risk identification.
- Familiarity with procurement and tendering processes.
- Dutch (B2), French (B2) and English (B2).
