We're looking for a media support engineer to provide first-line for radio, television and live broadcasts. You'll help journalists, editors and directors resolve production problems and use new systems and equipment.
What you'll do
- Resolve technical incidents across production tools and facilities.
- Coordinate technical specialists to restore production services quickly.
- Support technical projects involving studios, broadcast systems and recording equipment.
- Test new production systems and equipment.
- Document technical systems and equipment for end users.
- Train production staff to use technical tools and facilities.
What you bring
- At least three years of experience in media.
- At least three years operating or coordinating a technical environment.
- Experience in a broadcast environment or audiovisual technology.
- A 's or , or equivalent experience.

- Clear communication, a helpful approach and the ability to work well with colleagues.
- Analytical skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
