In this React frontend developer role, you will build and maintain secure, responsive interfaces with React and TypeScript, integrate REST APIs, and improve the experience of the people who use these applications.
The mission
The frontend landscape includes React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Git, REST API integration, and Azure DevOps. Applications must present data reliably while meeting requirements for responsive design, accessibility, frontend security, performance, and maintainability. Development follows an Agile approach, with frontend and integration testing included in the delivery process.
As a medior developer with approximately 2 to 3 years of experience, you will translate functional requirements into usable interfaces and contribute to frontend architecture decisions. Your work will connect React components to backend services, ensure that data is processed and displayed correctly, and support the stability of applications used by operational teams and other end users. You will also investigate frontend issues, contribute to second-line support, and document solutions for continued use by the team.
Your responsibilities
- Design frontend solutions and component structures that translate business requirements into clear, accessible user interfaces.
- Develop maintainable React applications with JavaScript and TypeScript, using HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Integrate frontend components with REST APIs and backend services while ensuring accurate data processing and presentation.
- Ensure application quality through unit testing, integration testing, frontend security practices, accessibility checks, and performance monitoring.
- Diagnose frontend incidents, resolve defects, provide second-line support, and reduce the risk of recurring production issues.
- Improve frontend architecture and development practices, manage changes with Git and Azure DevOps, and document components and technical guidelines.
