This automotive technical trainer role supports a training academy serving Belgium's automotive dealer network and internal technical teams. You will deliver automotive technical training on vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and repair, while adapting content to electrification, connectivity and digital diagnostic tools.
The mission
The academy translates manufacturer knowledge into practical training for technicians and dealer staff. Its programmes cover automotive diagnostics and repair training, safety procedures, quality requirements and the use of new vehicle technologies. Training must remain aligned with OEM standards, certification requirements and the changing needs of the Belgian automotive sector. Delivery takes place through classroom sessions, workshops, digital learning and blended learning.
You will prepare and deliver technical training for automotive technicians and other dealer employees, adjusting your explanations to participants ranging from junior technicians to experienced specialists. Your work will connect manufacturer material with day-to-day maintenance and repair practices. You will also contribute to updated programmes for electric vehicles, digital tools and diagnostics systems. The role includes preparing vehicles, tools and components, coordinating with technical experts and maintaining a structured training environment.
Your responsibilities
- Deliver classroom, workshop, digital and blended learning sessions that enable technicians to apply technical procedures correctly.
- Adapt training methods and explanations to different technical levels, learning needs and professional audiences.
- Translate manufacturer documentation into clear, practical modules for automotive diagnostics and repair training.
- Integrate electrification, connectivity, electric vehicles and digital diagnostic tools into training content as technologies evolve.
- Prepare vehicles, components, tools, equipment and learning materials so each session can run effectively.
- Maintain alignment with OEM standards, certification requirements, quality procedures and audit expectations, while contributing to programme improvement.

- Exposure to electric vehicles, vehicle connectivity or manufacturer diagnostic systems.
- English skills for working with technical documentation and OEM content.
