This junior Technical Trainer develops and delivers learning in classroom, workshop, digital and blended formats, focusing on automotive technology, vehicle diagnostics and electrification.
The mission
The training supports correct vehicle maintenance, diagnosis and repair in line with manufacturer standards, safety regulations and quality requirements. You turn technical material into practical learning for audiences ranging from junior to expert, while keeping content current as vehicles become more electrified, connected and digital.
Your scope combines training delivery, learning content development and practical preparation. You work with training managers and technical experts, prepare vehicles, tools and components, manage equipment, and support quality assurance in an ISO and audit context.
Your responsibilities
- Deliver technical training in classroom, workshop, digital and blended formats.
- Adapt sessions for technicians and dealer staff at different experience levels.
- Translate manufacturer training material into clear, practical learning modules.
- Integrate electric vehicles, digital tools and diagnostic systems into content.
- Support dealerships with technical procedures and maintenance best practices.
- Prepare training environments, vehicles, tools, components and materials.
- Improve programmes while meeting manufacturer requirements and certification standards.
Your profile
Essential skills
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive technology.
- Experience with vehicle diagnostics, repair or technical support in a dealer or manufacturer environment.
- Learning content development and technical training skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with clear technical communication.
- Ability to explain complex topics and adapt communication to different audiences.
