We're looking for a senior HR business partner to advise managers across generalist HR topics and recruit for central roles. You'll help implement and improve HR processes during organisational change, working closely with other HR business partners.

- Map HR needs and translate them into practical actions.
- Advise managers on coaching and appraisal discussions.
- Manage recruitment and selection for central roles.
- Oversee talent, competency and career management processes.
- Conduct career discussions and return-to-work meetings following long-term absence.
- Report progress, issues and results to management and HR colleagues.
What you bring
- Five years of generalist HR experience.
- Seven years of experience in leadership development.
- Seven years of experience supporting managers across different HR areas.
- A 's or in social sciences or HRM.
- , C2.

- Seven years of experience supporting employees returning after long-term absence.
