Job description
We are looking for a UI Designer to create coherent, accessible interfaces as business applications evolve. Your Neurho mission covers high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes and the development of a shared design system. You will work closely with business, product, UX and development teams to turn functional journeys into interfaces ready for implementation.
Your role
- Create the visual identity of interfaces, high-fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Turn user journeys and wireframes into final interface designs and support the hand-off to developers.
- Ensure visual consistency, WCAG accessibility and responsive behaviour across applications.
- Create, maintain and develop the design system and UI standards, using Figma and ZeroHeight.
- Take part in user testing and help synthesise findings to improve interfaces.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, UX designers and developers in an Agile environment.
- Incorporate guidance from management, enterprise architecture and business analysis into your visual designs.
You have
- At least 10 years of experience in UI design for web or business applications, including work within the last 12 months.
- At least 10 years of experience with Figma, used within the last 12 months.
- At least 10 years of experience with ZeroHeight, used within the last 12 months.
- A solid command of Agile methodologies, with at least one year of experience.
- A solid command of Scrum, with at least one year of experience.
- A solid command of Kanban.
- At least one year of experience working in sprints, including within the last 12 months.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong listening skills.
- Effective collaboration with developers during UI hand-off.
- The ability to translate functional concepts and journeys into clear, modern, user-centred UI designs.
- Expertise in creating visual guidelines.
- Expertise in typography.
- Expertise in creating iconography.
- Expertise in creating UI components for UI kits.
- A solid command of visual composition principles.
- A solid command of colour theory.
- A solid command of visual hierarchy.
- French at C2 level.
- Passive knowledge of English at A2 level.
A plus
- Knowledge of or an affinity for UX design.
- Knowledge of or an affinity for user research.
- Knowledge of or an affinity for wireframing.
- Dutch at C1 level.
