Job description
We are looking for a UX Designer to improve the experience of applications and websites. You will help evolve a design system so that teams can build consistent, accessible interfaces that meet users' needs.
Your role
- Maintain and develop the design system, its components, patterns and guidance, and support teams in using it.
- Analyse user needs and their context to define application requirements.
- Plan user research and help recruit participants for interviews, surveys, focus groups and user tests.
- Design low- and high-fidelity interfaces using a mobile-first approach.
- Work with analysts and developers to ensure applications meet user needs and accessibility standards.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and the team throughout projects.
You have
- At least five years of experience with Figma, Sketch, Mockplus or another interface design tool.
- At least five years of experience with WCAG 2.1.
- French at C2 level.
- English at C1 level.
- Dutch at C1 level.
A plus
- At least five years of experience as a UX Designer.
- Experience designing, managing and maintaining design systems.
- Analysis of user needs and their context.
- User research methods, including interviews, surveys, focus groups and user tests.
- Recruitment of research participants.
- Low- and high-fidelity prototyping.
- A mobile-first design approach.
- Knowledge of UX/UI standards.
- Clear and regular communication with stakeholders and the team.
