We're looking for a Workday Consultant to configure HR processes and maintain complex Workday integrations.
What you'll do
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM Core, Recruitment and Talent modules.
- Translate HR needs into scalable Workday configurations.
- Monitor inbound and outbound integrations with external systems.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain accurate, consistent data.
- Support daily operations and resolve system issues.
What you bring
- Medior Workday Consultant or Analyst experience.
- Workday HCM Core, Recruitment and Talent expertise.
- Workday Studio and PECI integration experience.
- Understanding of hiring, job changes, compensation and payroll.
- Analytical problem-solving and clear communication with HR and IT stakeholders.
- Dutch (native) and English (B2).
Nice to have
- Workday HCM, Integrations or Studio certifications.
- Experience with complex payroll environments.
- Workday reporting or Prism Analytics knowledge.
